When umbrellas aren't enough

Considering we have two months left of hurricane season, our region should expect rain and winds until November.

Let’s get this straight, I’m no news forecaster! However, I am a girl who will do whatever she can to protect her hair from the rain.

As seen from last week’s hurricane, an umbrella will not do justice in a wind storm. As an alternative for those women who take their hair care very serious, consider wearing a stylish and fashionable shower cap to match your rain gear.

We would like to send our regards to those who have lost loved ones, personal items, and homes due to Hurricane Irene.
